Introduction
The
leadership within the 2nd Palmerston North Company is made up of people
who:
- Are Christian and have a belief that this is what God
intends for them to do.
- People of integrity and strong values
and with high personal standards.
- Who understand the youth
of today and can get along well with them.
As is standard, All
leaders are bound by a code of conduct, which encompasses both being a
Christian
role model and their responsibilities as a Boys Brigade
Leader.
Leaders also pass voluntary vetting checks which is a
standard requirement when working with youth.
